ABOUT NATURALLY ME BY MELODY

Acne scars, sensitive skin and hyper-pigmentation.....I've dealt with them all. I have struggled to achieve clear skin for nearly 10 years. From battling acne, post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation to cystic acne, I thought this journey to clear skin was impossible. These conditions controlled my life and were a constant reminder anytime I caught a reflection of myself. Product after product, you name it, I’ve probably tried it. Nothing seemed to work long-term and, in some cases, made things worse. At one point, I gave up hope that my skin would get better. Determined that these conditions weren’t going to be my last impressions to the world, I began my journey of embracing and becoming comfortable in my own skin.

In 2014, I earned by Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Washington and am currently a 4th year Naturopathic Medical Student. In my program, I am learning how to incorporate herbs into my daily life, while I learn the positive impact they have externally. Shortly after starting school, I was inspired to start my own natural skin and hair care business called Naturally Me by Melody.

My mission is to provide products that promote healthy hair and skin. I want to provide natural products that are not easily found in stores. Unlike some commercially available products that are often composed of harsh and synthetic chemicals that may worsen conditions, my products contain 100% natural ingredients that are responsibly and locally sourced. ALL my products are vegan, paraben-free, sulfate-free, chemical-free and are NOT tested on animals.
